The software ergonomic solutions ensure convenience and efficiency for the users. Regulatory and reference data are formed in all cases where it is possible to unify data and replace manual entry with selection of value from the list offered by the subsystem applications.

 Architecture:

It is a three-level architecture – “thin client” technology. In order to work with electronic weight machines it client-server is used.

  “Administrator” module enables the user:

§         to add new users to the system by assigning logins and passwords;

§         to assign the user access rights to the items of the system database and functions;

§         to block the user access to the data and functions of the Automated information system;

§         to set operational standards of AIS.

 ÀÐÌ  ”Operation with valuables” Module enables the user:

§         to automate processes of keeping record and preparation of documents for servicing valuables;

§         to implement group of actions of preparation of documents in NBRK contract execution with its partners, to process electronic form of the transactions passport, to prepare and to formulate orders and acts of operations with valuables and specifications of given valuables and to take part in the process of calculation of tariffs for services with valuables;

§         to keep record of valuables in the safe vault through automatically formulated registers and account cards of valuables.

 ÀÐÌ  ”Conduction of chemical analysis” module enables the user:

§         to automate processes accounting and preparation of documents for receiving, storage, expertise, weighting, certifying, grading, conducting chemical analysis, writing-off losses and giving out valuables;

§         to keep record of valuables in registers and account cards of Chemical Analytical Expertise Department;

 ”Economist in working with precious metals” Module enables the user

§         to receive data for keeping record of effective accounting of valuables, to account every bar of affined gold and silver of NBRK;

§         to develop calculations of tariffs for services such as storage of valuables, conducting of chemical analyses, expertise and certification of valuables;

§         to automate data collation process of precious metals accounting with NBRK;

§         to keep record of valuables from registers and account cards of Chemical Analytical Expertise Department.

In order to work in the subsystem it is necessary to use:

§         Oracle Developer Server;

§         Oracle JetInitiator.

 Information security:

is maintained by means of the Oracle DBMS and “Administrator” module. The following functions are realized in the subsystem: authorization of users by assigning logins and passwords to them, module authentication and restriction of the user access rights to the data and functions of the subsystem.

 Standard package

It includes a compact disk containing the software for the modules and a manual in the Russian language.

 Installation terms:

Installation and training of users will take at least a month.

 Technical Support

Warranty technical support (during six months after commissioning) and after-warranty support (at the customer’s wish based on the contractual agreement). The following services are provided within the framework of technical support

§         Correction of program errors identified during the process of software exploitation;

§         Consulting services for the customers concerning application of the software;

§         Delivery of the updated software;

§         Consulting services in the event of substandard situations.

  Customization:

Currently a new version of the subsystem is under development.
